Experience comes with exposure and learning and abilities to use the skills in different situations.
Analyze what strengths and weak areas prevail and work accordingly to reach the set target of becoming a good manager.
In my opinion , Good managers are those who manage and use the available resources including manpower of an entity to get the best possible realistic outcome to achieve self satisfaction. In the process good managers take manpower as the most valuable resource and value it for together & team effort with an eye on their and self development to meet new challenges and new heights.
