Bayt claims more than 14.75 M registered job seekers in database. But only few ppl R active in this forum , though concept is innovative . Why ?

In my opinion, most people even though they are registered here are either fairly happy at their jobs or too busy doing their jobs and not having time to actively participate in this forum. The people who are active here are people who want to grow and learn more.. either that means changing their career or getting a promotion or gaining more knowledge about their jobs and sharing their views and perspective.
