So, you don't have to exactly have Skype, messenger, and Whatsapp, but you need some sort of an online connection between you and your customers. Such as, Customer service line on your website, and if they are not available24/7, it would be excellent to provide an email address for them to email you their comments, questions, or concerns. also, if you would like, you could have a Chat with a customer service agent on your website for immediate support.
Long story short, be there for your customers, because they will stick longer with the company that cares about them and their satisfaction.
