Why do leaders need to have Exemplary Followers?

Leading by example is one of the primary keys of any organization's success. Inspiring our subordinates, our co-workers, team mates and even our superiors will enhance the spirit of the organization. Thus, even with great challenges ahead, we can achieve our strategic goals through the small successes each day. And, these successes are founded by dedication of all members of the organization who are inspired by themselves because of each one has a part in leading by example.

Exemplary Followers who were critical on leader's decisions and have their own insight to counter-check leader's thought process all the time.

To build up a team the leaders should give the example to be followed by the followers.
