What is the benefit of collective action for the individual and the organization that employs the individual?

the first benefit that an individual may win by the collective work is; learning how to work with others , listining to them and learn how to make other listin to you.

then, the collective action gives the possibility to understand how the colleagues thinks , that mean's :how  the company brain work's

also, that give's the opportunity for the individual to show his creativity  to talk about it and may be make things real

and if all of that is done , the organisation may win at least "a very competent employe"
