How much I impress if I prepare resume In Graphical ?

I as an interviewer never got impresses with the graphics of CV. I see the content of the CV and try to understand the capability of the person for the profile am looking for. 

Presentation of everything matters. CV is your marketing label.

You have skills, qualifications, experience but your CV is messy and crowded, it shows how you are serious to present/marketing yourself.

So in my point of view, graphics should be used but in a professional manner.
