What is the average salary for translators in Jordan?

I checked it out on Bayt salaries once, I think it's about600 JOD which is not much unfortunately !

That depends on whether you're working with local or international companies as well as the language you're planning to translate to/from.
As my experience is in English I can tell you the following: Local translation offices can be as minimal as300 JDs per month and go up to700 JDs per month.
While any foreign company wouldn't go beneath500 JDs and go up to1000+ JDs depending on the field.
Those who make more than that are usually interpreters not translators.
A full time interpreter in the politics field can gain up to2000 Locally and more than double for international companies.
So Translation field is very in-verified when it comes to average salaries! Best of Luck
