As a service provider or vendor, I practice WYSIWYG - What You See Is What You Get! Meaning, I do not promise anything I cannot deliver. Whatever I say about the product or service I promote, I always tell its benefits and weaknesses, so much so that the customer may not be expecting way beyond what the product or service is not.
Second, my secret is to serve with a heartfelt SMILE! This is a very effective tool to convey that you are pleased to serve the customer. And, this gives them a sense of importance.
Third, I speak gently to them. Paying attention to what they are asking or saying, and answering them accurately gives them a sense of ease. Prompt service is the key to keeping customers!
Most of all, I say Thank You after closing the deal, expressing my willingness to serve them again.

9 - Stand in moderation.
10 - Let him interested in the product own words dealing with product features
11 - give him some sweets gift
12 - Do not overload in talking to him and do not waste your time with him and always Hssh that there is another customer may wish to purchase more of it tries to buy the item

Customer satisfaction is not just about answering questions and giving the customers demand. Its about doing extra mile on your service with the customer. Empathize with the customer but do not fake it. Learn to put yourself into someone else's shoe, having a little chit chat with the customer will leave a million of good impressions to the customer.
you can get the customer satisfaction when you let the customer feel that you always beside them and you will give them the best you can of service to inquire them or solve their problems .
