What is the future of Web development.Which technology regarding web development will be future for web development?

In my opinion PHP and ASP.Net MVC would be more prevalent in future. PHP due to open source nature and fast processing of web pages and ASP.Net MVC due to its reduced page life cycle, light-weightedness and extensibility.

• Hey guys you people totally forgot about JavaScript.
• Once the most hated language is most liked one (thanks to google for their best use google maps).
• Even Microsoft consider its a first citizen language for the entire software ecosystem. 
• With advent of NodeJS, you can create robots and use JavaScript in Electronic Circuits.

Regardless of programming language, DevOps will be more in demand. A developer equipped with Automation and Administration tools to deploy is more demanding than a traditional programmer. 

I think php would take the web in future because due to its open source and new thing introduced in it. It cover basic futures to high level of programming. Also some how asp.net have some space to grow up but due to its cost many people try to move to open source

Look at the way Microsoft is investing in ASP.NET MVC and also since it is slowly moving towards Open Source it is the best one specially in terms of complexity of the application.

Distributed Complex and Decision Based Applications used in Banking, Finance etc can be seamlessly implemented using ASP.NET MVC which comes with a great support of powerful Class Library.

Web technology is very  important nowadays. Most feasible feature of web development is that it helps creating apps that can be shared accross multiple platforms, easily installed without need to download the full app, and more secure because server stores its information and provide it to clients where necessary.

Many techonlogies exsit today for web development, this is because of its importance in both finance side and usage. PHP may be the most famous one, which is an open-source created by community for creating web apps that dynamically creates HTML pages as needed. Sun had taken care of importance of web, creating its JavaEE platform (JSP, JSF ...) and many companies developed their enviroments for this platform, such as Hibernate, JBoss, Ant, Maven, and Gradle. Microsoft comes with .NET, which is created for web basically. ASP.NET is very famous and widely used in the middle-east for creating database apps for organizations
