What is more important? To be successful in your job or be successful in your private life?

actually this question has no perfect answer , because if you are successful in your job , you might be taking a lot of your family premium time , which will result in some conflicts in your private life and Vice versa .
so in my opinion , it depends on the personal interest , but the best solution for that is to be considerate to every aspect of your life , and if you are always busy with your business life , find some time in the weekends to be with your family .
both are important to feel happy .

To be successful in the private life, being successful in job is indispensable..

Tactful behavior, and diplomacy, and some sought of helpful nature., 

To be successful in every field, give him the required time, he will give you the time.

succesful in private life is more important. job ends some where but life remains till death
