Do you think the "Retirement system" is sometimes be unjust for many active and professional Men/Women?

Yes I do, some people can be productive and efficient for a very long time, so retirement age should not be defined the same, it should be set based on peoples ability, productivity and efficiency. And of course physical and health condition is very important

If the organization has HR policy, it does not have scope of discrimination.
