Rarely Using Debit Cards. Personal requirements are some what limited.

Well............in fact i always use both

for business & for personal as well too

More organized for business to use Plastic, to keep good company records easier for taxations or auditing. 

Depend on personal preference, most of the people choose Plastic for bigger transaction and Cash for smaller ones.

There is a third option. Internet banking.

I use both for personal and business. I do not find any difference in using both.
