I agree that Qatar offers the best working conditions for journalists, in the terms of payment, work environment, and above all it has already got the attention of the region and beyond.

Each country has its own broadcast style or pattern, from which you can learn completely different things. Each media outfit can give you substantial learning experience if you want to.  To be choosy on which outfit to join may limit your opportunity to acquire a broader learning experience.
