To expedite the completion of a villa construction; what would be the appropriate solution to ease the Project Manager's request of completion?

Following steps could be taken.

• Prepare a Critical Path Method diagram, if not already in place. Analyze it and see as to how we could resort to project crashing, if possible.
• Evaluate the analysis keeping in view budget, resources availability, etc..
• If budget allows and project crashing is viable, prepare the plan.
• Manage the resources, implement the plan, monitor & control the activities, review the plan as may be necessary and;
• Celebrate the Completion of project on completion.
