professionalism is needed but the personality is more effective to create the team providing the companies mission, or searching a well considered person who will get well with others in addition with his/hers professional skills. These day HR itself is a big department having several small section, like recruitment, training n development, employee relation, policies n compensation, payroll n HRIS...hiring HR is recommended by auditors as well, but its depend on business needs n organization size how much HR staff it can manage.

HR deliver lot of services to company like it manage record from joining till separation, salary structure n information of all levels, manpower planning, job analysis, expatriates arrangement n salary surveys, presenting employer image in market n industry. it develop n implement policies, appraisals, motivational n recognition activities.
