What strategies do you use to manage the intellectual capital in your organization?

CARE for Intellectual Capital it will generate enormous opportunities for the organization to grow. Provide them skills/capacities, inputs/resources/guidelines and then hold them accountable.

The strategies will depend on your objectives. If your objective is to share the information and make other employees better, information sharing tools like Sharepoint, LiveLink would be very very useful. If your objective is to protect your Intellectual Property, then filing a patent or a copy right would be more appropriate. Hope this helps.
