Continue the job and you should count your staying days !
First of all, No GM will like to discuss about 'increment' in open/staff meeting. You should try with a separate request letter with necessary recommendations from your line managers and send to HR and wait for one or two months. Still, if there is no improvement and you feel you are less paid than the industry, you can look out for another job.
Normally, salary increments are discussed on a one-to-one basis and never in a meeting. Let your General Manager know about your disappointment on this issue. Get a feel of why this situation has arisen. then decide your next course of action.
I would quit because your manager is not showing respect and does not appreciate the hard work you do. It can be career damaging for you. So better ti look at your other options and get out of there.
Every respect company should have a salary scale beside a grading system that go through appraisal technique for annual salary increasing, if such system is available in that case we no need to ask for salary increments, from my point of view the HR Team must create a good system in their departments and submitting to top management to get the approval to avoid such problems.
