What are the practical method to measure the actual power consumption of a facility that consist several installation such as hvacr , pumps &light?

I fully agree with Mr. Ehsan.

You need to have a good electric meter installed and check the regularly to know the daily power consumption.

If you have doubt, please check the capacity in KVA of the each installed equipment and then multiplied by hours of operation of each equipment. You may get a very close figure to that displayed in you electric meter.
