Cant access my outlook file ... "You don't have permission to access the file" error is coming when opening outlook . How to sort it out ?

Go to Control Panel --> Mail --> Show Profile --> create new profile then configure your Email on this new profile and point outlook to open always using this profile.

This will reconfigure a fresh profile on your outlook and will ignore your last corrupted PST file.

If your last PST file holds your archive and Emails that you dont have on the server and you need to retrieve them, Then you can try to run scanpst.exe which is available on the destination folder for the Microsoft installer.

Go To internet Browser open your in email inbox, which is configured in outlook, remove mails one by one  from email box from internet browser and check outlook.. Outlook works emails contain viruses may not able to open outlook
