Well, in my opinion the best synthesis about the qualities of a good salesman have been proposed by a Psychologist, Author and Professor "Robert Cialdini" in his "six principles of persuasion and influence people".
I think that any TOP sales is able to apply in an awesome spontaneous way all those principle.
