a garden would provide the workspace with a natural positive energy , based on psychological facts that green color stands for positivity .

beside that working in a garden allows the employee to feel free and with no obligations , and the feeling is the main reason for a person to enhance his creativity

which is definitely needed for employees

It will increase the employee productivity definitely, but it will depend on space of inside and outside of the building. My organization encourages small trees and flowers in office for caring mind for nature.
