Advantages:

1. Improved security of cyberspace.

2. Increase in cyberdefence.

3. Increase in cyber speed.

4. Allows more options to save data.

5. Better response time to national crisis.

Disadvantages:

1. Improved hacker speed and ability.

2. Interconnected computers.

3. Improved viruses, malware and worms.

4. Increase in "cyberwarefare" possibly

5. More annomitty between hackers.

In the field and world of Cyber security, I can say that there is no up to date 100% effective solution to prevent any kind of cyber attack. So what is the solution?. The solution is definitely to deploy the best risk based mitigation strategy with an acceptable deployment costs aligned with an acceptable level of confidence of the organization assets, which include personnel, data, systems, and others, to be disrupted in case if this attack happened.

I agree with Mr. Ayoub Tartir and Mr.Alex Al Yazoouri... 

I have to add that there will be always people which like to show off creating viruses not caring that it will hit only the users which had to pay for programs in the first place ... as long these people are being hired by big firms and do not have to pay for the damage they have done, we always will have a problem.

The advantages of peer to peer network are as follows:

• The main advantage of peer to peer network is that it is easier to set up
• In peer-to-peer networks all nodes are act as server as well as client therefore no need of dedicated server.
• The peer to peer network is less expensive.
• Peer to peer network is easier to set up and use this means that you can spend less time in the configuration and implementation of peer to peer network.
• It is not require for the peer to peer network to use the dedicated server computer. Any computer on the network can function as both a network server and a user workstation.

 The disadvantages of peer to peer network

• A computer can be accessed anytime.
• Network security has to be applied to each computer separately.
• Backup has to be performed on each computer separately.
• No centralized server is available to manage and control the access of data.
• Users have to use separate passwords on each computer in the network.
• As with most network systems, unsecure and unsigned codes may allow remote access to files on a victim's computer or even compromise the entire network
