As a professional real estate salesman what will you decide in case of falling prices ?

I am not a real estate specialist, but I think if the current price is bellow my cost price, I will rent it on a temporary base until the market price moves up.

I am looking for bank loans to ensure cash flow to meet my current expenses while waiting for the market to recover in cases where I have no cash.

  As a general rule real estate does not know any price decrease, if it is only in the short term

1: wait until rates revise .

2: If not possible to wait ….Deal in bulk units only.
