Which factors can make you a good decision maker within a highly dynamic surrounding conditions?

we all learned and use logical thinking methods throughout our study/work years.
but in fact it is how intuitive are we will make us the best decision makers.
relying on facts alone doesn't give the full picture of how things are related in the bigger picture frame, something our subconscious mind is much more capabble of figuring it out.
