As a transparent leader in the company i have to do the things below :-

1) To justify the subordinates equally.

2) Follow the performance management system according to performance only.

3) I have to keep the mission and vision of my department clear and understandable in front of the owners.

I have to keep confidential :-

1) The wages / salary declaration .

2) The promotion / demotion / transfer declaration.

3) If owners share any plan to be implemented.
