What is more important; job satisfaction or salary satisfaction?

Of course, Job Satisfaction is more important.

Salary is something you negotiate once and take home once every thirty days.
Job satisfaction keeps you happy every minute of every day.
So ideally a good balance of both is required.
But there is no doubt in my mind that, of the two, JOB SATISFACTION IS DEFINITELY MORE IMPORTANT.
It is the one thing that keeps you motivated.
If you are motivated, you perform better and you grow.
If you grow, you become even more satisfied.

Job satisfaction is more important.
it gives you fulfillment in its sense.
And you can be so proud of yourself because you love what you are doing...

this depends on " At what time of your career this counts? " absolutly job satisfation is always counts but at some point salary may count, but after some time - after your objective is done- you will search again for job satsfaction.

i believe both are directly proportional to each other if you get the salary on time then you will come to work on time and do the work with heart and soul.

It is SALARY SATISFACTION because Salary is the only FUEL which generate your Efficiency and Interest toward your JOB. A man Without food can not get Satisfied with his JOB alone.

SALARY make the Person to move Ahead so he must be satisfied with his Return Rewards in  Jobs and SALARY Setup of any Industry play a big role in its Development also.

IndeedJob satisfaction is more important than salary.If you are not enjoying, loving what you are doing then at the end of the day you will get confused, then whats the point of having a big salary without any enjoyment ?. A great man once said ' fall in love with your career it wont dump you'.
