The people who have a time management experience kindly tell us how we can create this life model and what is different before and after ?

Sir time management is best done on a daily basis.

• As an office exutive the1st10 minutes are spent cheking official elails. The next20 minutes are spent in checking UPDATES WHICH come in the form of e-mails from the client or higher mgt.
• Next hour is spent in sending the updates to the corret people. it would include resendingthe mail to other people. Taking printouts of the updates and updating the agents on the production floor in a huddle or indevidual
• Inform my supervisor by mail with acjniledgement from the stake holders that the updates have been provided.
• Then start with my normal work. As I am doing a fraveyard shift i sit on the computer uptil1:30 am at night and after that when I feel sleepy I would do more physical activity like meeting people and work at a strech not more than20 minutes for best efficiency.
• DO THE MOST DIFFICULT THINGS AT THE BEGINING when u are fresh.
