for me I will say it all the above. If you looking keenly during the end of the year there are a lot of special offer because the demand is so high and also the seller want to finish the old stock and start the new year with new sale(products and services).
Many people always save extra cash to be spend on end year before another year enter because adjustment do happen on new year, taxes maybe increase which affect the prices.
At the beginning of the year the business are not as busy as during the end of it, People are committed on renewing of their business permits, changing the policies and also maybe parent paying school fees for their children. Sales are always low t the begging of the year
