i chose female because i feel comfortable with her

Selection Criteria must be experience & requirement of the job not on the basis of gender.

I chose people for team on their eligibility of doing work.Female members are more useful for sales business. Because female member are attractive for customers.Men member are also good but they need some extra skills for this type of job.

I chose both male and female because each individuals has a unique skills or ability that can support each others weaknesses. Together they can do anything.
