MBO: This method will be applicable to senior level, but not all level of staff.
KRA: Stable or market leader in the global village.
KPI: Rising organization.
In my organization, we are evaluating staff by360 degree Performance Management System.
Ralated to my experiences, the performance appraisal should focus on both KPI (inputted in the JD) and obejctives (MBO).
