I think , our issue is how you can apply the effective integration between the HR functions and administration activities ?
We cannot implement HR policies or manage strategically any of HR functions ( Hiring , Training and development , performance management , compensation , benefits and employee relations ) without having administration procedures that can support and identify How ? we can do what ?
