How do you encourage your employees to keep current with professional developments in the field?

Employees should be given the opportunity to express themselves at times.
A Performance Appraisal Process might help the HR manager to better understand his/her staff.
This process will help the manager to have more friendly approach with the staff and that will help him to know what the staff needs to keep on performing and bringing initiatives in his/her job role.
LISTEN, is a very important thing to adopt if you want to be a good HR Manager, you need to listen to your staff, understand them, find solution and praise them for their work.
