What is more important, your domain experience/education/certifications or your references to get your dream job?

When talking about regular jobs, I believe domain experience is the most important, education comes next and reflects on the experience even if they look irrelevant,But for a dream job, your belief in the job ( your readiness to develope it), is the most important.

even I have multiple graduation, I would say the most important how many years experience do you have and then what is the certificate do you have 

I think that definitely domain experience is the most important one!!Obviously relevant qualification/ degree level in field you want to work can just enhance your candidature.
References are probably vital too but nothing can beat your work experience.
There is yet something more important than these free to get a dream job in a dream place- huge self-motivation and determination!Never give up:-)!!
