How to create a stress-free work environment?

By "removing" the hierarchy structure in your organisation and promoting more a family culture, this might help to create a stress-free work environment.

You'll always find someone being stressed or that stresses you.
In my opinion, it's extremely difficult to have a "stress-free" work environment.
The best thing to do is to go on holiday and relax.

what I applied in my professional life and which make me very much satisficed is don't go for to resolve all the mess together resolve the top urgent first & its not a matter it take hour or half day of even full day.
because once you resolve the first one then other tasks seem very easy....
this is what I applied in my life and today I m working stressed free..
my manager are happy from me they never have a complain about my work specially when you are working in Stores.

You can hold a party or meeting after work for encouraging good relationship between coworker and you can also arrange worker having sense of humor even though they are not good worker Finally you can turn on the music like classic that make people feel relax.

Stress is usually an external stimuli, occurence or  event that causes us to have an internal response of worry or discomfort.
  If one disassociates from the external stimuli, then one can logically and practically deal with the issue and resolve it at the earliest.

or dont bring it to work.
Try to be happy.
