When my stress levels are up, I usually speed walk (if I'm outside) or workout HARD. I leave everything I am doing, and focus on me. Breathing techniques to speed up blood circulation, and it's important to hydrate yourself. I do talk to my friends but only to change the focus off of me and ask about them. Usually hearing other people's problems takes the stress off of mine.
