having a Twitter is make you to be on Facebook & Instagram in sameime , but not forget about the important one that is the fastest , so always should be online.

Definitely Facebook.
Facebook has a good almost accurate database for companies to target their audience.
The Ad is can be customized to include an image, a header and a content text.
Other advantages is some might include "Like" buttons which also drives traffic to fan pages and not just websites.
The "Ad Manager" in Facebook is a powerful tool!
