How can you approach your clients in order for you to get full information rergading the situations the client is undergoing?

First of all you need to give a warm welcome to your client and make them feel at home.this will make the client feel more at ease and trust you as the counsellor,after that you will know where to start with the client either directly or indirectly considering how delicate the clients feelings are,and both the client and i can pick it up from there.
