I need the five fingers of my hand
I personally think that a successful manager should be a democratic dictator!
As strange as this sounds, it is true and the only way that works well. There are times when you should discuss the matter with your team and take their opinions and ideas and even vote for what should be done. And there are other times when you should discuss and take their opinions and ideas and then decide on your own what should be done. And there are other times when you should, think, decide and just inform them that this is what they have to do.
A successful manager is the one who can wisely figure out when to follow each of the techniques above. You have to be very careful because if you follow the wrong technique in the wrong situation, you will end up with chaos.
Also a good manager is the one who does on the job coaching all the time. One who motivates his employees and makes them feel appreciated and reward their success.
Coaching and Mentoring, in a broader term, supportive.
Dynamic to complete the project efficiently. A style that works best with current staff, fair and flexible.
I think the most successful is democratic, but it's useful to use all three of them according to the situatiion
Sir, same as your choice.
Dynamic, participative,democratic management style.
Democratic and participative!
Open to change, cooperative, responsive, and diverse.
It depends on what type of team/staff you are managing.
I like Participative management style.
