It is not in money and education that technology advancement rely on. It's also in belief, culture and tradition of the country that sometimes press the freedom to move on for the advancement of technology.

Its more appropriate to use Arab people not Muslim and based on history technology and science development flourished to much in the ancient Arabic region.
