In Pulverize Coal Fired DRY-Bottom/ Wet-Bottom ash with Superheat-Reheat-Regenerative Type Steam Generator/Boiler we use Pulverize Coal ( Below75 Micron Size) in Boiler for Combustion.
Below6 mm coal is fed in Bowl Mill/Ball mill where ball will make coal like micron dust, Hot air of PA fan force this pulverized coal to Furnace/Boiler for combustion, from the four corners of boiler to make fireball inside the furnace zone, This Pulverized coal feeding is done through different elevation of Boiler.
So to produce Steam in Power Plant we need Pulverized coal.Mostly in big boiler110 MW,210 MW,500 MW we use Pulverizer.
