In my country Per diem is paid to employees according to their grades,it sounds unfair because the weather condition for both is the same,then why?

the difference? colleagues share your views on how to allocate per diem for employees equally.

I think it depends of the country and you can't change the law. In my country is the same situation, all paid according to the nationality.
