What is a virtual team?

Whose members are interact primarily through electronic communications. Members of a virtual team may be within the same building or across continents

I have been hate the blind technical. If the question has only one answer with same accent. At many times when I was trying to send my answer, a red message was shown as a crazy laying his tongue out of his mouth says: "Sorry, but it looks like this answer has already been posted! Please post a different one." OK sir If1+1 =2 have one right answer. this bad controlled method, only one member can answer. so I posted my answer in the comment text box of question above.

Also known as remote team,these are group of people who work across diverse localities and are being connected together by information technology.

A virtual team is a remote team that is basically physically separated from their supervisor and/ or each other. The separation may be geographical location (even different countries) but also by business units. Their major link is the use of existing telecommunications technologies.
