There are many strengths, perhaps the most important my strengths are:

My ability to make decisions and take responsibility:

As Manager of human resources dealing with people daily, for each one of them a set of interactions and problems that must I take a decision at same time, should the decision maker, take responsibility of his decision consequences .

Also my ability to create trust between me and the staff :

where I able to create trust between employees and make them work in a comfortable environment feels them job security, causing them to implement what they are required to quickly and motivation to increase productivity.

My greatest strength is my ability to fully understand my emotions. I figured out long ago that you need to filter your emotions through your logical mind before acting on them. This is a great source of strength. It allows me to "keep my head" while others are loosing theirs. It allows me to find solutions while others are consumed by panic. It allows me to keep negative feelings in perspective and enjoy positive feelings to the maximum. It is a very good way to live. 

My biggest strength is my ability to observe and learn quickly... All it takes is a one time observation for me to master something...   (I used to be shy and hardly spoke while growing up, which is why my observation skills are my strength)

I have an extremely strong work ethic. When I'm working on a project, I don't want just to meet deadlines. Rather, I prefer to complete the project well ahead of schedule. Last year, I even earned a bonus for completing my three most recent reports one week ahead of time.

With five years of experience as a customer service associate, I have learned to effectively understand and resolve customer issues. On a related note, I also have strong communication skills, which helps me work well with customers, team members, and executives.
