Not every quality Manual fits all... it is not ISO9001 which issues it, it is the company which makes the ISO9001 fit to their business...
It serves as a guideline which changes with the size of your company .. it can be edited to fit better... the employees are having a better understanding of safety and product quality ... and the customer has a good feeling what they purchase from an ISO9001 certified company.
It is been proven that an ISO9001 certified company has more business than it had before the certification... but make no mistake this is not a guarantee of a good quality product ... only that the manufacturer is striving to his best to provide a great product, customer service.
The conditions for the award of ISO9001 for a company means commitment and restricted conditions and standards of high quality and very precise and these conditions are detected by the ISO organization which would match their standards with the performance of the company deserves ratification
The organization shall establish and maintain a Quality Manual that includes
* The scope of the Quality Management System,
including details of and justification of any exclusions
* The documented procedures established for the Quality Management System,
or reference to them
* A description of the interaction between the processes of the QMS.
The Quality Manual may be offered for customers, diffused internally to Managers and diffused externally to Auditors.
