companies big secret of hiring depend on country and industry and the profession they want to hire so if you are executive chef you will not be hired on many white restaurants in western and Europe countries but they may hire you as a manager in same restaurant, it depend on the position and location you are locking for, good luck in your hunt,
Dear All , Please we must all admit that hiring is depends on a lot of factors , But skin color Never And Ever is a factor of them , So I wish no one look to himself / herself on the shape or body color or body shape , Business always look for the best in work not the best in look , example Mr.Mandalea we all know him , Finally I wish every one here always thinking of what is he / she got and the ability of what he / she can do regardless the body color or religions .

Jerrymurphy Enyibuaku,
many thanks for your contribution to the answering of my question,
yes they may hire a black and white skin for the same job,eg. as engineers with same qualifications and years of experience, but the salaries will differ by a big margin,a white skin will get far much better monies and conditons than a black eg. in South Africa, this is well known, and in most cases the less paid does the donkey job,

Believe me I am really chocked to know that this kind of practice still occuring nowadays, but unfortunately this distinguish between the skin still exists. Keep struggling you are smarter than many white skins and with plenty of qualities that you only will be able to make any people feel them and respect them.
Skin colour has got nothing to do with once employment. Employment has to do with how well an individual capabity is towards a particular job. If as at the time of the employment it is someone with a light skin or brown skin that is more qualify for the job, he/she will get the job.

Dear Georg
i used to work in a multinational company headquartered in Switzerland. the finance controller in our company was a black skin man from Ghana. he was very talent person and still popular in company. more interestingly european people from switzerland and france work in lower levels than him. as far as i can tell you in modern companies genius, skill, experience and education is much more important than the skin color. i hardly recommend you not let that such thoughts bother you and try to improve your abilities.
