In your opinion, what is the difference between a good teacher and a great teacher?

In my opinion, a good teacher is a teacher who delivers his/her lesson to his/her student intelligently and effectively while a great teacher is a good teacher who, at the end of his/her class, will never be forgotten by the student. A great teacher is someone who has imparted a good lesson that changes the students's perspective in life. A great teacher like Confucius is a leader and a parent as well. 

Good teacher teaches well and a great teacher goes off the way to take his students ahead by holding their hands.

Is engineer Mark Thackeray a good teacher or a great teacher? I take the liberty of speaking on behalf of every member of this blog and say that they are great teachers. They excel not because they meet the demands of the school but go beyond the norms and standards and "serve" their community. Can every school administration tolerate their methods? Those schools that cultivate a culture for such great teachers stand out and make to the top of the schools league... And what was the one common characteristic among the above figures? INTEGRITY.

The absence of a budget and a plan of hiring help to do the duties to the fullest as there is the presence of mediations to recruit staff without consulting the concerned department and must be held accountable every person appointed or employee shortage by having systems determine the ceiling or troughs of employment
