Recuva give you option at Recycle Bin to make restore

 

but observe that  there is alot of programs to make recovery and I think every program can give you a recovery to some of the extensions of file ( i.e if you want to get back .img or .iso you must use the best recovery program to do that and if you want to get back .avi .mkv you must use another program give you the best choice , etc )

not all the special software is working to restore your all data, most of the restore is only the small capacity of data like like documents and picture, always my simple advice to my customer if some customer or user have very infortant data inside of cumputer much better to backup to another hdd or storage for the emergency reasons

Before reviewing the below recommendations and suggestions, verify that the files have been deleted; in some cases the files may have been moved.
You can search the hard drive for the files you believe to be missing by running find or search on the computer.
1- Recover file from backup If the file has been backed up to floppy disk or other medium it is recommended that the file be restored from that backup if the file cannot be found.
2- Restore from Recycling Bin or Trash If you are running Apple MacOS, Microsoft Windows and the file has been recently deleted it is possible that the file may still be in the Trash or Recycle Bin.
If present within this area it can be recovered.
3- Download freeware program or purchase a program When a file is deleted (even when removed from the Recycle Bin) the files are marked as deleted, however it is not removed from the hard drive.
Assuming no other file has overwritten the deleted file on the hard drive a recovery program can be used to recover deleted files also if hard disk has been formatted.

Use Kernel for Windows Data Recovery software for recovering deleted files from formatted or deleted partitions of Windows Hard Disk

Use data recovery softwares like Stellar phoenix data recovery, Data Rescue Pc, GetData Back etc., The free version of these softwares will recover almost every file. But in order to restore the recovered files you need to buy the liscence. Stellar Phoenix Data Recovery is the best. 

There are some free softwares for recovery like Recuva, Easus Data Recovery Etc., You can try any of these. These free softwares also do their best as far as my concern. I tell this as I have used many recovery tools for the past eight years.

 

But beware not to write new files on the partition where you want to recover files from. . .

You first download easy recover, or any Data recovery software, then install ii the computer you want to use.
After that, Click the icon of installed software and select deleted file to recover while you connect the external HDD (larger than the amount of data recovery).
Select the drive that your data deleted then start to recover.
When recover finished, select all the data you need and click next, then select the destination of your data to,(external HDD).
When it finish just close your window.
Your Data is back.

Easiest  options are restore files from recyle bin because that the default place documents goes when deletd, Use restore/recover option on control panel  if enabled on your computer very effective . last option use software to recover  files  like easy recovery  or any recovery software from  the net. easy recovery i have used and ii works
