What should we most emphasis in adult education programme?

In adult education we should must emphasis as on the following aspects:1) Primary and Recency-Short briefing with recent example of the subject.,2) Reward Learning- Who done well ,must comments by thanks or give some nominal goods to inspire,3) Over Learning - Repeatation in adult education of any learning is very useful in adult education,4) Use Multiple Sense- Learning by seeing,hearing ,doing,touching ,tasting,smelling etc can help to memorize the learners in next time,5) Opportunity to Feedback- The adult learner should allow to put their opinion,thus they feel honored.6) Transfer of Learning- The learning must be helpful in their daily life, then they would be more appreciated to take more learning like these,7) Nibble Learning- Learning session should be easy and short as the adult can easily receive.
and8) Go from Known to Unknown- Start from easy and turn to comparatively hard learning for toward good development.
