Because experience in a field it is more important than be qualified in the field. For example someone without qualification in HR (Studies, trainings...) that still work5 years in the field, and accumulate knowledge and practice, will have more chances to be hired than someone who is qualified in the field, but has not experience (entry-level). Theory its good, but practice is way better !

Experience is a proven fact that you can do the job, while your qualification is just a theory, which you can apply when prompted by situation. Most companies are practical. They needed someone with an experience so that training costs can be minimized apart from ensuring that you can efficiently and effectively do the job, therefore saves time and resources.
Relevant Experience is the only way to be productive in an organization. Theory is not enough to exploit your inner potential, but it is this experience which makes the point to achieve success. Qualification is a catalyst to reach the destined organization where you can exploit your potentials from the experience you gained. It means both of these should be balanced in a real work environment to succeed.
Because, this way companies have a good balance between workers with fresh knowledges and workers with experience. Something young people don't have. They know the theory perfectly but they don't know how the market works and when experienced clients or partners are saying the truth or not. In my country (Spain-UE) there is a word used for people with experience. They are named "old dogs". It hasn't got a negative meaning. It means a clever person with experience. Because of what I said before. In a negotiation, etc. a young worker doesn't have the experience so that negotiation can be lost. A person with experience can detect when the other negotiator is not saying the truth, if is exagerating, etc. and arrive into a good agreement between both companies. Experience is an extra young people can't have in their beginnings. And, for this extra, people need time.
Hello!!
That is because the experience allows you to work well, or perhaps very well. However, the qualification does not necessarily mean that you can do your tasks well, since you have not tried this work before. Therefore, companies always seek the ones who are experience rather than the ones qualified.
best wishes for all...
EXPERIENCED PERSON NEED LESS TRAINING FOR WORK AND CONSUM LESS TIME TO UNDERSTAND WORK AND THEY ARE EFFICIENT THEY CAN BE EASILY MOLD IN WORK BUT QUALIFID PERSON NEED TRAINING AND CONSUM MORE TIME TO UNDERSTAND WORK AND BECOME EFFICIENT WITH PASSAGE OF TIME AND EXPERIENCE
From my point of view it's a weakness point for the mentioned companies and they are seeking always the professionals as they don't have the professional tool to train the people who have a relevant qualifications and to carry out the cost of that.
