There are many. It depends on your needs and requirements, and the objective/desired result you want to achieve, you can try mailchimp if you want to, but first check on internet about other softwares and the features/services they are offering.
HubSpot is really gaining market share in the MENA region. Besides the obvious minimalist tools like ConstantContact & MailChimp.
I would suggest Marketo based on my experience using all of the mentioned.
The best ones are in which email , chat and calls can be registered. Should have rdbms capability. Can try sales frorce or astro.
i have used mailchimp for a while , a professional but little hard to handle.
